RETURN PERIOD
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt of the order, as required by European consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU).

RETURN CONDITIONS
For a return to be accepted, items must be in original condition, showing no signs of use, unwashed and unaltered, with all original labels intact and in suitable packaging for transport.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Send an email to ellanalondon@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item within 30 days.
4. After receiving and verifying the item, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

REFUNDS
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. Credit processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or different item than ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the product. We guarantee immediate reshipment at no additional cost.
